About Us

 Gord and Jan were part of the founding team of New Life Church in Kelowna B.C. in 1986 and pastored there for 23 years. Through those years they experienced many encounters and visitations of Holy Spirit  which forever 'ruined' them for anything else.  When they started receiving invitations from other nations to teach they felt that it was only fair to move forward on their own journey and so with mixed emotions left the church in 2009. This step of faith led them into itinerate ministry, involving over 14 nations. In 2017, they sensed the an urging  of the Lord to move from Kelowna, B.C. to Christian Valley in Boundary Country. They were able to gather over 30 believers and pastors from different denominations to discover what their God dreams were and were thrilled with the response. They began to host monthly gatherings and attendance grew every month. They lost 18 months of gatherings due to Covid, however never stopped thinking and praying about how to begin again once the restrictions lifted. Now that Covid has lifted restrictions for essential services, they have established an accountability team of three couples to work together with them to help 'The Gathering' move forward in their area of gifting and anointing.
